The spiral of glowing health starts with empowerment in the solar plexus and radiate out, and the angel lifts her arms and elevates to light of awareness above the darkness of despair, in a pose of total control over the situation, as the sharp shapes of fragmented beliefs and painful memories are broken up and dissolved beneath her, to make room for beneficial change.
